Introducing the Atlantic's Newest Beast and more from the road
Been a long time between posts on the website! Its been a really busy couple weeks. First off, we had a storm system spin off the coast and move east and turn into a 960mb low. Looking at this setup it seemed like a zone we've been watching could break and it could be exactly what we've been looking for. So we set up 3 planes and a solid crew of guys that will charge! As we fly over we see waves breaking in spot we haven't seen before and it was on!! After a gnarly boat ride out and almost capsizing from a rogue wave, here are a couple of frame grabs from this trip!!
Introducing the newest beast!!

Pete got throttled on this wave!!
and couldn't get into.

ribs pretty good.
Upon returning from this trip we had another monster low develop. Being home for a night I get the call that its on and we're off the next day. Unfortunately crazy stuff came up and i had to fly out a few days later. Even though i missed most of the size there was 25 photogs and 15 video guys on the beach documenting it. So i'm not all that bummed for missing that! But when i flew in and was told that we'd be hitting up some unknown spots i was pumped.

What seems like an eternity shooting and tons of footage to log finally arrive home burnt and crusted looking. I basically fell asleep at 10pm that night only to get a phone call early the next morning that it was going off here. Now thats something new! So i get to the beach and this is what i find!
