SECRETS OF THE CARIBBEAN

Sorry for the delay its been a really busy week for us. Most importantly we went off to begin filming for the movie Kayabuya. Its going to be a film based in the caribbean and the hidden jewels it holds. Hurricane Bill entered the western atlantic swell window and instead of running to Hatteras or to NJ we decided to strike into the Caribbean.....this is what we found!

KILL BILL

Strangeday is set to jet off with Baron Knowlton, Shea Lopez and Jensen Callaway to an unknown location in the caribbean to begin filming for the upcoming movie Kayabuya. Word has it we've got a really heavy wave in mind and we're off saturday. Stay tuned for photos!!!

Rip Curl Gromsearch

Here are some shots from our weekend covering the Rip Curl Gromsearch, it was a really cool event and the waves cooperated somewhat. Even though the waves weren't all that great there was enough for the little groms to wiggle on. One thing is for sure, Evan Geiselman is head and shoulders above the pack, the kid is the real deal! Some other groms that caught my attention where Noah Schweizer and Corey Howell both this kids have big futures in my opinion. Anyway, creep a couple of the snaps we grabbed at the event.

BUSY TIMES

After a really busy weekend with a webcast shoot and the Rip Curl Gromsearch I came home trying to relax. Got a call and Mendia is going back to Namibia to chase and giant swell with Cory Lopez and Andy Irons (gotta say my jealous factor was really high) and said he gets back saturday with this monster to chase!! Look at the forecast models for BILL. That thing is in a perfect window to light up the East Coast. Scrambling for some plans and taking a look at some different places. Times they are a changin!!!
